MindFit Seminar Coming to Ness County!

Mental health has continued to be an ever-increasing problem in our country. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, 23.1% of the adult population in the U.S. are dealing with mental health issues, whether it be anxiety, depression, or both. For this reason, it is important to bring some of these issues to light and educate communities concerning how to deal with these problems.

It is for this reason that we are introducing MindFit, a seminar that helps people struggling with mental issues understand that they were not the first ones to deal with such issues, but that their issues are relatable, and, with the help of professionals and God’s blessing, can be fixed.

We will be hosting the MindFit Seminars for four Mondays, starting on March 24, 2025, and ending on April 7, 2025, at the Old Bank Building in Ness City. Each meeting starts at 7:00 PM.
